The proposal would have up to nine – 6 storey buildings. (the height of the condos at the Gravenhurst Wharf)

The draft MZO proposed would allows the developers to build 33 villas over the water.

The developers plan is made up of 14 components listed here. Note close to 1400 condo/hotel units as it dwarfs The JW Marriot – The Rosseau by a factor of almost x6
